Founder/Believer/Consultant

Veronica has over 20 years human resources experience specializing in conflict resolution, performance management, and generalist duties. She has a heart for service and people and is passionate about building interpersonal tool boxes to create compassionate led work places for all. 
Veronica holds a Master of Arts degree in Conflict Resolution from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Political Science and African and Afro- American Studies. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
